Summary: Budget Pro keeps normal budget data local on your device. Version 2.5.6 uses Google Mobile Ads in the free edition, Google consent/privacy controls, an optional rewarded-ad pause, and a one-time Google Play Pro purchase that permanently removes ads. Your budget amounts, bill contents and scanned documents are not sent to Google Mobile Ads for ad targeting.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Budget Pro for Android and covers local budgeting data, document import/scanning, AI-assisted analysis, advertising, consent choices, Google Play purchases, backup/restore and related permissions.
2. Local budget data
Budget Pro can store income, categories, budget amounts, spending entries, bills, usage figures, notes, account/category configuration, language/currency preferences and related planning data locally on your device. No Budget Pro account is required for normal budgeting.
3. Scanning, imports and AI-assisted analysis
When you choose to scan or import a bill, image, PDF or compatible budget file, Budget Pro can analyze the selected content to suggest values. On-device processing is used where available. The app can also use Firebase AI Logic / Gemini cloud fallback for supported analysis; when cloud fallback is used, selected/scanned content can be sent to Google for processing under Google's terms. You should review suggested values before saving them.
Document contents used for bill/budget analysis are separate from advertising. Budget Pro does not send your budget amounts, transcript of a bill, or scanned financial documents to Google Mobile Ads for ad targeting.
4. Financial information
User-entered amounts and imported documents can contain sensitive financial or personal information. Budget Pro does not automatically connect to bank accounts, does not request banking credentials for its budgeting functions, and does not initiate money transfers.
5. Advertising in the free edition
The free edition uses Google Mobile Ads. An adaptive banner is kept at the top of the free edition while ad inventory and consent allow it. Budget Pro can also show an App Open ad when the app is genuinely opened, plus full-screen interstitial ads after eligible user actions. The app enforces at least 10 minutes between interstitial ads. Users with Pro/no-ads access do not receive these ads.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically process data such as IP address, app/ad interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and device/account identifiers including the Android advertising ID where available. Google may use this for advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention under Google's terms and applicable consent choices.
6. Advertising ID, consent and privacy choices
Budget Pro integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required, the app can request advertising/privacy consent before requesting ads and can expose Google's privacy-options form. Google Mobile Ads can use Android's advertising ID where it is available and permitted. Users can reset/delete the advertising ID or change related settings through Android/Google settings.
7. Pro / Remove ads and Google Play Billing
Budget Pro can offer the one-time Google Play product pro_unlock to permanently remove ads. Google Play processes the payment. Budget Pro does not receive or store your full card or bank details. The app queries Google Play for product/purchase status and can restore an existing entitlement.
8. Rewarded ad-free time
Free users can optionally choose to watch a rewarded ad. If the reward is earned, Budget Pro locally records a temporary entitlement that pauses banner, App Open and interstitial advertising for 30 minutes. This temporary timer is stored on the device and expires automatically.
9. Backup, restore, export and sharing
Backup/restore and export/share are user initiated. You choose the destination/source through Android interfaces. If you choose a third-party storage or sharing provider, that provider's privacy terms apply to the copy you send there.
10. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete entries, reset/clear app data, restore other data or uninstall the app. External exports/backups are separate copies. Provider-side records created by Google advertising, Play Billing, integrity/security or cloud AI services are governed by those providers and are not automatically deleted when local Budget Pro data is removed.
11. Third-party services
Depending on the feature used, Budget Pro can interact with Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, Firebase AI Logic / Gemini, Firebase App Check / Google Play Integrity, Android document/camera interfaces, and user-selected storage/sharing providers.
12. Permissions and network access
Budget Pro can use Internet/network access for advertising, consent, Google Play purchases, AI/cloud fallback and related services. The submitted ad-supported build also declares Google Play Billing and Android advertising-ID access. Camera/document access is user initiated for scanning/import. Core budgeting does not require precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs or microphone access.
13. Children and security
Budget Pro is a general budgeting utility and is not specifically directed to children. We aim to minimize unnecessary exposure and keep ordinary budget state local. No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Appen kan også bruge Firebase AI Logic / Gemini cloud fallback til understøttet analyse; når cloud fallback bruges, kan valgt/scannet indhold sendes til Google til behandling efter Googles vilkår. Du bør kontrollere forslag før gemning.
Dokumentindhold til regnings-/budgetanalyse er adskilt fra reklamer. Budget Pro sender ikke dine budgetbeløb, regningstekst eller scannede finansielle dokumenter til Google Mobile Ads for annoncemålretning.
4. Finansielle oplysninger
Brugerindtastede beløb og importerede dokumenter kan indeholde følsomme finansielle eller personlige oplysninger. Budget Pro forbinder ikke automatisk til bankkonti, beder ikke om banklogin til budgetfunktionerne og foretager ikke pengeoverførsler.
5. Reklamer i gratisudgaven
Gratisudgaven bruger Google Mobile Ads. Et adaptivt banner holdes øverst i gratisudgaven, når annoncebeholdning og samtykke tillader det. Budget Pro kan også vise en App Open-annonce, når appen reelt åbnes, samt fuldskærms interstitial-reklamer efter relevante brugerhandlinger. Appen håndhæver mindst 10 minutter mellem interstitial-reklamer. Brugere med Pro/uden-reklamer får ikke disse annoncer.
Google Mobile Ads kan automatisk behandle oplysninger som IP-adresse, app-/annonceinteraktioner, diagnostik/ydelse samt enheds-/kontoidentifikatorer, herunder Androids annoncerings-id hvor det er tilgængeligt. Google kan bruge dette til reklamer, måling, analyse, sikkerhed og svindelforebyggelse efter egne vilkår og gældende samtykkevalg.
6. Annoncerings-id, samtykke og privatlivsvalg
Budget Pro integrerer Googles User Messaging Platform (UMP). Hvor det kræves, kan appen indhente reklame-/privatlivssamtykke før annoncer og vise Googles privatlivsvalg. Google Mobile Ads kan bruge Androids annoncerings-id, hvor det er tilgængeligt og tilladt. Brugere kan nulstille/slette annoncerings-id'et eller ændre relaterede indstillinger i Android/Google.
7. Pro / Fjern reklamer og Google Play Billing
Budget Pro kan tilbyde engangskøbet pro_unlock via Google Play for permanent at fjerne reklamer. Google Play håndterer betalingen. Budget Pro modtager eller gemmer ikke dine fulde kort- eller bankoplysninger. Appen kan spørge Google Play efter produkt-/købsstatus og gendanne en eksisterende rettighed.
8. Belønningsreklame og midlertidig reklamefri tid
Gratisbrugere kan frivilligt vælge at se en belønningsreklame. Når belønningen er optjent, gemmer Budget Pro lokalt en midlertidig rettighed, der pauser banner-, App Open- og interstitial-reklamer i 30 minutter. Timeren gemmes på enheden og udløber automatisk.
9. Backup, gendannelse, eksport og deling
Backup/gendannelse og eksport/deling startes af dig. Du vælger destination/kilde via Android. Hvis du vælger en tredjeparts lager- eller delingstjeneste, gælder den udbyders privatlivsvilkår for kopien.
10. Opbevaring og sletning
Lokale appdata bliver liggende, indtil du sletter poster, nulstiller/rydder appdata, gendanner andre data eller afinstallerer appen. Eksterne exports/backups er separate kopier. Eventuelle provider-side data hos Google fra reklamer, Play Billing, integritets-/sikkerhedstjenester eller cloud-AI håndteres efter udbydernes egne regler.
11. Tredjepartstjenester
Afhængigt af den valgte funktion kan Budget Pro kommunikere med Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, Firebase AI Logic / Gemini, Firebase App Check / Google Play Integrity, Androids dokument-/kamerafunktioner og bruger-valgte lager-/delingstjenester.
12. Tilladelser og netværksadgang
Budget Pro kan bruge internet/netværk til reklamer, samtykke, Google Play-køb, AI/cloud fallback og relaterede tjenester. Den annonceunderstøttede version erklærer også Google Play Billing og adgang til Androids annoncerings-id. Kamera-/dokumentadgang startes af dig ved scanning/import. Kernebudgettering behøver ikke præcis placering, kontakter, SMS, opkaldslister eller mikrofon.
13. Børn og sikkerhed
Budget Pro er et generelt budgetværktøj og er ikke specifikt målrettet børn. Vi forsøger at minimere unødvendig dataeksponering og holde almindelig budgettilstand lokal. Intet elektronisk lagrings- eller transmissionssystem kan garanteres fuldstændig sikkert.
